About the Role

Founders Tower, one of Oklahoma City’s most iconic and distinguished addresses, is seeking a poised and professional Front Desk & Concierge Coordinator to join our daytime team on a part-time basis. This role blends luxury hospitality with administrative precision—perfect for someone who enjoys being the face of an elegant environment, ensuring residents and guests experience exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

You’ll oversee front desk operations, assist the HOA Board with administrative tasks, and help guide our concierge staff toward elevated service standards. Every interaction should reflect the timeless refinement and warmth that define Founders Tower.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a polished and welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary daytime concierge, assisting residents with access, directions, and personal requests.
  • Manage HOA Board paperwork, digital files, and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule concierge staff to maintain consistent daytime coverage.
  • Program key fobs and garage doors while maintaining accurate access records.
  • Assist with training and standard-setting for concierge staff.
  • Collaborate with the HOA Board and management to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Provide light administrative support and handle resident inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Polished and professional presentation with exceptional communication skills.
  • Computer literate with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Background in hospitality, property management, or luxury service environments preferred.
  • Able to both take direction and lead small groups when needed.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

Schedule

  • Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday daytime hours *Including Weekends and Holidays* (flexible between 8 AM – 4 PM)
  • Occasional coverage for special building events or meetings

Compensation & Culture
