What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you'll start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse DBO2 in Rochester, delivering smiles to customers throughout the delivery area.

  • Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages at the warehouse each morning
  • Drive safely and operate your Amazon-branded delivery vehicle following all traffic laws
  • Navigate delivery routes using a handheld device with GPS and customer information
  • Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently while being part of a supportive team
  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout your delivery route
  • Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs during your shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, returning it fueled at end of day
  • Work comfortably in varying weather conditions

Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license (Non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
  • Clean driving record
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

Schedule for Delivery Drivers

  • Shift Start Time: 9:15 AM
  • Full-Time: Four 10-hour days per week (one weekend day required)
  • Part-Time: Positions may be available
