<p>We specialize in international transportation of cargos via sea, road and air freight, including warehousing and container freight station activities.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Logistics Supervisor </strong>who will manage and oversee logistics operations across third-party warehouse providers (3PLs), build and maintain vendor relationships, and manage Full Truck Load (FTL) capacity procurement.</p><p><br></p><p>This role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination with 3PL partners, maintaining service levels, optimizing vendor performance, and securing cost-effective transport capacity. The position requires strong stakeholder management, operational control capabilities, and a hands-on approach in a non-asset logistics environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Reports to Logistics Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Warehouse Coordination & Oversight</strong></li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between the company and 3PL warehouse providers</li><li>Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities executed by 3PL partners</li><li>Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)</li><li>Track inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies with 3PL partners</li><li>Engage regularly, quarterly and bi-annual audits of inventory per facility</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and operational meetings</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards</li><li><strong>Note:</strong> <em>This role manages warehouse performance, not warehouse labor.</em></li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Vendor & Carrier Management</strong></li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with transport vendors and logistics service providers</li><li>Support Product Management in “spot” and “contractual” negotiations</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, service level, and reliability</li><li>Manage escalations and resolve operational issues with carriers and 3PL partners</li><li>Support onboarding and qualification of new vendors</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Operational Coordination</strong></li><li>Coordinate closely with 3PL warehouse providers, internal customer service and project managers, and external logistics partners.</li><li>Ensure alignment between inventory availability, warehouse readiness, and customer requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Performance Monitoring & Reporting</strong></li><li>Track and report key KPIs:</li><li>3PL SLA performance</li><li>FTL procurement efficiency</li><li>Vendor performance metrics</li><li>Cost per shipment</li><li>Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></li><li>Drive operational improvements across 3PL and vendor performance</li><li>Support cost optimization initiatives</li><li>Improve communication and coordination processes with external partners</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (strongly preferred).</li><li>3–5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.</li><li>Experience in a 3PL/outsourced warehouse model (essential).</li><li>Knowledge in Warehouse Safety and Security, OSHA, Space Requirements, Optimization and Utilization required.</li><li>Knowledge of Location based Inventory Management, WMS Systems, Bar-Code Scanning, SKU Level Reporting, and Order Fulfillment.</li><li>Strong background in:</li><li>FTL procurement</li><li>Vendor and carrier management</li><li>Operational coordination</li><li>Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage numerous moving parts simultaneously (multitask) under pressure.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>MS Office skills required; with strong proficiency using Excel</li><li>Approximately 30% Travel Required to conduct:</li><li>3PL warehouse visits</li><li>Meetings with transport vendors and partners</li><li>Customer visits and operational reviews</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We are</strong> an equal opportunity employer.
