Virtual Assistant ThriveCart, Kajabi, Bookkeeping & Admin

Part-Time | 20 hours per week
Rate: PHP 26,000/month

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our sales funnel, course platform, financial tracking, and admin tasks. If you're experienced in ThriveCart, Kajabi, and basic bookkeeping, wed love to hear from you!

1. ThriveCart Sales Page & Checkout Management

  • Customize ThriveCart sales pages to boost conversions

  • Set up checkouts, upsells, downsells, and order bumps

  • Integrate with Kajabi, payment processors & email platforms

  • Troubleshoot payment and integration issues

  • Run tests to ensure a seamless checkout experience

2. Kajabi Integration & Management

  • Set up and manage Kajabi courses, products, and memberships

  • Connect ThriveCart to Kajabi for automated access

  • Automate onboarding & follow-up emails

  • Monitor analytics for sales & engagement insights

  • Troubleshoot pipelines, automations, and integrations

3. Bookkeeping & Financial Admin

  • Track income/expenses using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave

  • Reconcile transactions & maintain accurate financial records

  • Send invoices and follow up on payments

  • Monitor overdue accounts and client payments

  • Provide monthly financial reports

4. General Admin Support

  • Manage emails, appointments, and calendars

  • Respond to client support tickets and purchase inquiries

  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and databases

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
