Technical Recruitment Sourcer — Fully Remote | Commission Only | Earn $5,000–$18,000 per Placement

(This is a fully remote, commission-only role for someone who is highly driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.)

Aero Consulting is looking for a highly driven Technical Recruitment Sourcer to work on exciting roles with high-profile, VC-backed startups across North America.

You’ll recruit across:

  • Software Engineering
  • Forward Deployed Engineering
  • Machine Learning and AI
  • Data and Infrastructure

You’ll have access to a fully integrated CRM and ATS, automated outreach and follow-ups, AI interview notes and summaries, automated scheduling and centralised candidate management.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage top technical talent across the US
  • Build targeted candidate pipelines
  • Conduct initial screening calls
  • Present qualified candidates to active roles
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of US technical recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting Software Engineers, FDE, ML Engineers
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Confident conducting candidate screening calls
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-only environment
