We’re hiring a bilingual TikTok creator-coach— someone who knows how to create high-performing content and mentor other creators to do the same. You’ll play a key role in scaling our creator community, driving product sales via TikTok Shop, and fostering growth through coaching, engagement, and performance tracking. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. We’re looking for creators who have “walked the walk”, can share what works, and want to empower others to succeed. About the Client: Known for their Skin Cell Renewal & Rejuvenation Toning Pads, alongside other advanced formulas that actually work. Though they’re a newer name in the skincare space, their obsession with quality has helped them quickly rise to the top, becoming a top seller in their category across major platforms. The client’s team is small, diverse, and driven by big goals. They prioritize detail, operate with a data-first mindset, and move fast to get things done. You’ll be joining an experienced group with over a billion dollars in online sales and deep connections in the ecommerce world—giving you the tools and support to succeed and grow. Responsibilities: • Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, especially with a sales and conversion focus • Manage and grow the creator community through Discord and Slack groups • Run weekly coaching calls, Q&As, and daily check-ins with creators • Coach creators on TikTok/IG content best practices, trends, and platform strategy — feedback is a major part of this role • Build and continuously improve creator onboarding and training flows using Notion and Discord • Organize incentive programs, contests, and giveaways to increase participation and output • Analyze creator performance and assist in managing retainer deals and bonus structures • Use the TikTok Shop Affiliate platform to recruit and manage new creators through outreach and inbound DMs • Post updates, wins, and motivation to brand’s creator-facing social channels • Focus on Spanish-speaking creators to drive regional growth • Scout, onboard, and support creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Requirements: : • Fluent in Spanish (required) • Must be available to work during U.S. hours (flexible, but needs strong overlap with EST/CST) • Proven track record as a TikTok creator — you know what performs, and can teach it to others • Experience selling products via TikTok Shop, live shopping, or affiliate links — this is essential • Experience managing or growing online communities, ideally in Discord • Solid communication and coaching skills — you’ll be giving daily feedback and guidance • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel — you should be able to build and interpret basic formulas • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Scrappy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, creator-first environment • Bonus: Previous work in affiliate marketing, livestream selling, or influencer management • Proven Track Record (Ideal Candidate): • Built a TikTok following of 60,000+, with strong engagement in fashion, beauty, and/or mindset content • Hosted TikTok livestreams that generated over $300,000 in GMV, using persuasive content strategies • Ran successful affiliate marketing and brand sponsorship campaigns • Created and executed platform-specific content strategies that aligned with brand goals and maximized reach • Location & Talent Sourcing Update: We are actively prioritizing candidates from LATAM and Spanish-speaking regions due to language and cultural alignment.
