In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR functions for the North America Retail organization, focusing on enhancing employee relations, performance management, and recruitment efforts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement HR strategies that not only uphold company policies but also enhance operational effectiveness. Your leadership will ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with business goals while fostering a supportive work environment.
