As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator in our Banking Voice Support team, you’ll be the first line of empathy and expertise for our customers. Your voice will be the bridge between our customers’ needs and arenaflex’s solutions, ensuring every interaction is smooth, secure, and memorable. This role is not just about answering calls; it’s about building trust, solving problems, and championing the arenaflex experience from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound banking calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring each customer feels heard and supported.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of banking inquiries, from account inquiries and transaction disputes to product information and technical support.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to all arenaflex policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards, safeguarding customer information at all times.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, first‑contact resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current on product updates and best practices.
  • Technology Utilization: Use arenaflex’s state‑of‑the‑art call center platform, CRM tools, and knowledge bases to deliver efficient, accurate service.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly speaking voice.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume, fast‑paced environments with composure.
  • Proficiency in using computers, navigating multiple applications, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Reliable, high‑speed private internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download on VPN, 10 Mbps preferred).
  • Secure, quiet home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as outlined below.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services or banking.
  • Knowledge of banking products such as checking, savings, credit cards, and loans.
  • Experience with call center metrics and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call routing platforms.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and time‑management skills.
