BVK is looking for a hands-on Programmatic Media Specialist who lives in the platforms and thrives on performance. This is a keyboard-in-the-DSP role for someone who understands how to build, optimize, and scale campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You’ll play a critical role in trafficking, launching, and optimizing programmatic campaigns while partnering closely with Planning and Account teams to ensure we exceed client goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage programmatic campaigns across Display, Online Video, CTV/OTT, Audio, Native, and Digital Out-of-Home, providing tactical insight, optimization, and reporting.
  • Execute within leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Cadent, Amazon DSP, etc.)
  • Monitor daily pacing, performance, and KPIs to maximize client performance.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and testing methodologies (A/B testing experience a plus)
  • Build detailed performance reports that clearly communicate business impact.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations for Planning teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and performance.
  • Track spending, monitor budgets, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to client presentations and performance reporting.
  • Assist with keeping BVK at the forefront of AdTech utilization in an evolving market.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience executing programmatic campaigns in a DSP.
  • Experience with programmatic DSP’s, and familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data integrations
  • Working knowledge of performance media and digital ecosystem fundamentals
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to marketing challenges
  • Performance first attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Curiosity about emerging trends, tech, and innovation in advertising technology
  • Preferred familiarity with the marketing needs of clients in the hospitals, tourism, and higher education industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
