Position Summary The Lead Manager, Brand Campaigns is responsible for supporting the planning of and implementing integrated marketing plans for key Make-A-Wish “drive periods” and tentpole events, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure cross-team alignment, and managing the development and delivery of assets for national marketing campaigns intended to grow brand reach and drive revenue growth for Make-A-Wish. This role will also support the execution of an 18-24-month campaign planning process as well as various revenue generating efforts across channels. Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills; ability to work professionally with internal and external partners, chapters, and all levels of staff. Ability to develop and deliver effective, informational, and engaging presentations to large, cross-functional audiences, mainly in a virtual environment, but occasionally in-person. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, while delivering high quality work. Possess strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to turn data/information into meaningful reporting or action. Core Responsibilities As the Lead Manager, Brand Campaigns & Marketing Operations, you will Support development of campaign plans and execute activation elements for MAW national drive periods. This includes supporting the development of activation materials and planning content such as chapter toolkits, and execution of campaign activation elements including media (paid, PSA and in-kind) and events. Liaise with various stakeholders across the organization to align on business objectives, revenue goals, assets needed, celebrity/influencer requests, prioritization and other relevant campaign needs. Synthesize campaign priorities with stakeholder objectives and needs to produce alignment documents and creative brief recommendations to the Director of Campaigns. Translate campaign objectives and direction to drive social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing activation strategy recommendations (to Director of Campaigns and/or Social Media/PR/ESR leaders) and support planning. Work with internal and external creative resources on development and delivery of creative materials such as campaign storytelling content, paid/in-kind advertising and PSAs. Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables across MAW owned channels, ensuring clear communication to the appropriate channel owners. Troubleshoot and propose solutions when campaign prioritization conflicts arise, elevating issues when necessary for resolution. Collaborate with project management, creative services, and communications team to ensure key deadlines are being met, and to evolve and optimize the planning and development process. Conduct periodic campaign reviews with stakeholders to assess effectiveness and optimize campaign resources and assets. Collect performance data, revenue results, anecdotal feedback, etc. to inform a thorough and actionable activity evaluation and reporting, such as post-campaign debriefs or PSA performance tracking. Manage the process of collecting and reflecting chapter feedback on campaign resources and assets. Work with and support Director budgeting and billing, RFPs and agency/vendor management. Performs other job-related duties, as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field required. 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit, corporate, or agency), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting, or equivalent managing a non-profit partnership in a brand/agency setting is preferred. Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects. Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving and dynamic environment. Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in partnership marketing a plus. Working Environment Working in a home office, remote environment. May require work in the evenings and on the weekends and outside of normal business hours. Some travel required within the United States, up to 10%.
