JOB DATA JOB TITLE Vice President PMO DATE BUSINESS UNIT and/or DEPARTMENT SALARY GRADE 22 23 Overtime Eligibility Yes/No (comp. dept determines) REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports To NA Direct Reports N/A JOB SUMMARY The Global Project Management Office (PMO) Lead at Argano is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the company's project management functions. This executive role involves overseeing the execution of critical projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices. . Responsibilities Define and implement the strategic vision for the PMO. Align project management processes and methodologies with the company's business strategy. Promote a culture of excellence in project management across the organization. Oversee the company's project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and optimal resource utilization. Evaluate project proposals and prioritize projects based on business impact. Ensure effective governance and oversight of the project portfolio. Develop and implement standardized project management processes and methodologies. Ensure the use of best practices and tools for project execution and control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and clients. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions. Ensure proactive issue resolution and decision-making. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project management activities. Analyze project performance data and provide insights to senior leadership. Drive initiatives to improve project outcomes and PMO effectiveness. Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications EDUCATION · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. · Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable. EXPERIENCE · 20+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role. · Extensive experience managing large, complex projects and programs. · Background in a consulting or technology services company is highly preferred.
