Our client is seeking a visionary Lead E-commerce Growth Hacker to spearhead our online growth initiatives. This fully remote role requires a data-driven mindset and a passion for experimentation to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within our e-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing growth experiments across paid acquisition, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive significant revenue growth through innovative and unconventional marketing tactics.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention. Design, prioritize, and manage a backlog of growth experiments across all digital touchpoints. Utilize data analytics and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and identify high-impact growth levers. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives. Analyze customer journey data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize CAC and LTV. Develop and test new user acquisition channels and strategies. Lead and mentor a team of growth marketing specialists. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in growth marketing and e-commerce. Report on key growth metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce strategy, with a strong focus on experimentation and data analysis. Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth for e-commerce businesses. Expertise in A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude). Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and data-intensive environment. This is a remote position, serving our client based in Madison, Wisconsin, US .
