As a Junior Content Writer, you will support end-to-end marketing communications that help clients discover, apply for, and engage with financial products. You will partner across marketing and communications teams to plan campaigns, coordinate delivery, and track results. You will help ensure our communications are consistent, on-brand, and aligned to required review and approval processes. Your work helps us deliver a more relevant client experience while supporting responsible, sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
• Support the creation and refresh of marketing communications across key moments in the client journey• Help plan and execute campaigns in partnership with marketing, communications, and channel teams• Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables across teams to support on-time delivery• Compile campaign performance results and track key metrics to understand what is working• Support ongoing optimization by identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen future communications• Help maintain content consistency across materials by supporting messaging alignment• Assist with content reviews and documentation to support brand and regulatory guidelines• Contribute to distribution readiness by ensuring content is accurate and client-ready• Support testing efforts by helping document approach, results, and recommended next steps• Maintain organized campaign materials and reporting for easy access
Skills/background needed
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or client-facing content writing (or equivalent)• Experience supporting marketing for financial services, credit products, or premium client segments• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with attention to detail• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities• Comfort with performance tracking, reporting, and using insights to improve work• Understanding of client journeys and how communications support engagement outcomes• Experience with content governance, reviews, and approval processes• Strong organizational and project coordination skills• Clear and professional communication skills• A solution-oriented mindset with strong execution focus• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
Nice to Have
• Experience with lifecycle marketing for premium or affluent client segments• Familiarity with channel execution across email, direct mail, digital, and in-app• Experience supporting testing and optimization• Comfort with marketing measurement and basic analytics• Experience working with product, legal, or compliance stakeholders
