The Role

  • Own marketing systems such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Salesforce, and Ahrefs, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal performance.

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and routing to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.

  • Set up and manage campaign infrastructure (landing pages, forms, UTM tracking) and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across emails, landing pages, and lead flows to optimize conversion and funnel performance.

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks in Google Sheets/Excel to track KPIs, funnel health, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage lead data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution tagging, ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams on cross-functional projects and special initiatives.



The Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup.

  • Expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, and UTM frameworks for tracking and performance monitoring.

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).

  • Strong background in lead scoring, segmentation, routing, and attribution processes.

  • Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset and proven ability to scale marketing operations efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and translate technical topics to non-technical teams.

  • Experience with project management tools (preferably Notion).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization.

  • Familiarity with Zapier, Clay, Outreach, and other automation/AI tools.

  • Salesforce experience

The Compensation

₱90,000 to ₱100,000/month
