Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist – Voice & Non‑Voice at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our platform, ensuring that both freelancers and clients receive exceptional support. You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through our tools and processes, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Whether you’re answering a client’s question about billing, helping a freelancer navigate the onboarding process, or resolving a technical glitch, your role is pivotal in sustaining arenaflex’s reputation for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Voice & Non‑Voice Support: Provide timely assistance via phone, email, chat, and video calls, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve problems related to account management, payments, project submissions, and platform functionality.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Contribute to and update the arenaflex knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, concise, and user‑friendly.
  • Log all interactions in reputed company, maintaining detailed records of customer history and follow‑up actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify recurring pain points and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline support workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Review support tickets for compliance with arenaflex’s quality standards and provide feedback to peers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Familiarity with VOIP systems and call‑center software.
