About the Role We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / A/B Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying conversion opportunities, developing testing strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and driving measurable improvements across our e-commerce websites. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and improve overall business performance through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Tasks Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key customer touchpoints. Identify conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement. Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to implement and evaluate test variations. Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and similar platforms. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on test results. Create clear reports outlining test performance, insights, and business impact. Continuously optimize the customer experience through ongoing experimentation and analysis. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and digital experimentation. Proven hands-on experience planning, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests in e-commerce environments. Mandatory experience working with Shopify. Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and e-commerce conversion funnels. Experience with testing, analytics, and behavioral analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience collaborating with designers and developers to implement test variations. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Availability during CET business hours. Strong written and spoken English. Applicants must reside outside of Germany. Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce. Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
