About the Role: We're looking for an ambitious and thoughtful Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team and play a critical role in accelerating DeepJudge’s growth. In this role, you will design, write and help execute content and content-forward campaigns that strengthen our position as a thought leader and enhance our brand presence within the legal tech industry. Responsibilities: • Write and curate thoughtful, engaging, performance-oriented content that can be disseminated efficiently to multiple channels such as our blog, social media, email newsletters, etc. These include whitepapers, case studies, as well as content for nurture cadences and outbound campaigns • Manage and optimize multi-channel communications (email, social, paid, organic), ensuring content and campaigns are aligned with target accounts and pipeline objectives • Implement and optimize the account-based-marketing strategy (with in collaboration with field marketing and sales) by creating targeted, data-driven campaigns for priority target segments • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns around product launches and regional initiatives, to different target groups • Collaborate closely with marketing automation colleagues to track, monitor and adjust campaigns using metrics, and ensure strong reporting across tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics and Webflow Track, analyze and report on key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI • Leverage web and BI analytics to measure campaign performance, user behavior and pipeline contribution to gain insights and turn them into actionable growth initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of growth or demand generation marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills • Writing experience is important; please submit a writing sample with your application • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias for action and the ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Proficient using marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot and Webflow, and an understanding of SEO and analytics • Experience with account-based marketing as well as content marketing strategies that supports lead generation and pipeline growth • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for legal-tech, AI or emerging SaaS technologies • A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment and evolve alongside the company • Fluent in English and preferably US legal market knowledge What you can look forward to: • You will be able to take on full ownership of your projects and tasks from day 1 • You will have a stake in shaping the future of a high-impact, high-growth deep-tech startup • Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
