Role Overview Gorilla Logic is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help shape and execute our technical vision as we scale AI-assisted software engineering across our organization and client engagements. This is a highly visible executive role for a hands-on technology leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales, and delivery. The CTO will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery Leadership to translate customer challenges into differentiated solution offerings, strengthen our technical narrative in the market, and elevate engineering excellence across Gorilla Logic. Key Objectives Support Sales & Lead Solutions Engineering Serve as a technical executive partner to Sales, supporting complex pursuits, technical discovery, and executive-level customer conversations. Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering function to ensure consistent, compelling, and outcome-focused solution design. Establish credibility with customers around AI-assisted development, modern product engineering, and platform modernization. Build Market-Ready Solution Offerings Design and evolve packaged solution offerings such as modernization, AI-accelerated delivery, platform engineering, and product transformation. Translate Gorilla Logic’s delivery maturity, AI tooling, and engineering practices into scalable, repeatable offerings. Partner with Marketing and Sales to position offerings clearly and competitively in the market. Elevate Engineering Capability Through AI Adoption Drive the practical adoption of AI-assisted development across engineering teams, with a focus on real-world outcomes. Partner with Delivery Leadership to advance skills in modern SDLC practices, engineering quality, and delivery velocity. Establish standards, playbooks, and governance to ensure responsible, secure, and effective use of AI at scale. Responsibilities Define and communicate Gorilla Logic’s technical vision aligned to business strategy and market positioning. Act as a connective leader across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery. Provide architectural guidance and modernization leadership across client engagements. Stay current on emerging AI, cloud, and software engineering trends and translate them into pragmatic customer value. Mentor senior technical leaders and develop the next generation of engineering leadership. Qualifications Senior technology leadership experience (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar). Experience in a product engineering consulting or services organization and within a product-led engineering environment. Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales and shaping technical solutions that win complex deals. Deep expertise in modern software engineering, cloud-native platforms, and product development. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and scaling their adoption. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience leading or collaborating within nearshore development models and distributed engineering teams. Background in building packaged service or solution offerings.
