Job Description

This is a remote position. About the Role We're hiring a commercially driven Account Manager to support and grow our agency ecosystem across a SaaS-powered paid media platform. This is a hybrid role that combines customer success, account growth, and paid media advisory support. You will manage a portfolio of agency partners, drive platform adoption, and generate revenue through expansion and upsell opportunities. Rather than managing campaigns directly, you will act as a strategic partner to agencies, helping them adopt the platform, improve performance visibility, and unlock growth through Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic ecosystems. This is a quota-carrying role focused on account expansion, product adoption, and partner success.

Responsabilities

  • Drive expansion through upsells, cross-sells, and increased platform adoption.

  • Support conversion of agency engagement into long-term commercial value.
  • Customer Success & Platform Adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners.

  • Ensure agencies understand and effectively use platform insights and recommendations.
  • Drive activation, engagement, and long-term retention across your portfolio.
  • Paid Media Advisory (Non-Executional)
  • Provide strategic guidance across Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic environments.
  • Translate platform data and insights into actionable recommendations for agencies.
  • Stay informed on paid media trends including automation, AI bidding, and audience targeting.
  • Support agencies in improving performance through better platform utilization (not campaign execution).
  • Agency & Partner Management
  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of agency partners of varying size and maturity.
  • Support joint initiatives with platform partners such as Microsoft Advertising and TikTok.
  • Collaborate on co-sell opportunities, incentives, and partner growth programs.
  • Adapt communication and engagement strategies based on agency responsiveness and sophistication.
  • Pipeline, CRM & Commercial Tracking
  • Manage account activity, forecasting, and performance tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Track engagement, adoption, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio.
  • Support renewals, proposals, audits, and growth discussions with agencies.
  • Maintain accurate visibility of account health and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, sales, or growth roles.
  • 1+ years in paid media platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, or Programmatic.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance concepts.
