<p>The Sr Manager US Market Compliance Officer at PayPal is a critical role in the company, responsible for ensuring that all US payroll and compliance operations, processes, and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Analyze data and reports to identify potential trends and areas of improvement. Maintain records and reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures for US payroll and compliance operations. Train and onboard new staff on US payroll and compliance operations and processes.
