This role is responsible for leading high-impact analytical initiatives, optimizing business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentoring junior analysts.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen, thrives in a dynamic environment, and demonstrates the ability to distill data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior executives.</p><p></p><p><b>What you'll do: </b></p><p>• Lead analytical initiatives that support enterprise-level strategic priorities, including sales performance optimization, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and channel attribution modeling.</p><p>• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and requirements, and translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data driven analysis.</p><p>• Design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical and predictive techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, time series forecasting) to evaluate performance and inform business strategies.</p><p>• Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into the performance of marketing campaigns, sales channels, and customer cohorts.</p><p>• Mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work for analytical rigor, clarity, and business relevance.</p><p>• Transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights, clearly communicating findings through storytelling and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).</p><p>• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines that align with analytical and reporting needs.</p><p>• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention activity effectiveness to uncover trends and provide recommendations.</p><p></p><p><b>What you'll bring: </b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science).
