Remote Healthcare Sales Recruiter

$55,000 Base Salary | $70,000 First-Year On-Target Earnings | Uncapped Commission | Paid Training

Build a Career, Not Just Find Another Job.

Are you hardworking, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to build a successful career?

At TRS Healthcare, we're looking for driven individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and take ownership of their success. You don't need previous recruiting or healthcare experience to be successful here. We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to put in the effort to grow.

Whether you're a recent graduate, transitioning from customer service or sales, or simply looking for a new career path, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Why Join TRS Healthcare?

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a $55,000 base salary with approximately $70,000 in first-year on-target earnings, $17k in year-one performance bonuses, and uncapped commission.
  • Comprehensive Training: Our structured 60-day training program is designed to give you the tools and knowledge to build a successful recruiting career.
  • Career Growth: Develop valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills with opportunities to grow financially.
  • Fully Remote: Work from home while staying connected with a supportive, performance-driven team.
  • Meaningful Work: Help healthcare professionals find exciting travel assignments at facilities across the country.

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect with nurses and allied healthcare professionals, build relationships, and help them find travel assignments that fit their goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reach out to healthcare professionals through phone calls, messages, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the recruiting process.
  • Learn to understand candidates' career goals and match them with available assignments.
  • Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work toward individual performance goals while collaborating with your team.
  • Navigate objections, setbacks, and challenges with professionalism and persistence.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is valuable, but attitude, effort, and coachability matter most.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Works hard and takes initiative. You don't need someone constantly reminding you to get things done.
  • Is coachable. You're open to feedback, eager to improve, and willing to try new approaches.
  • Communicates confidently. You enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and building relationships.
  • Is resilient. You understand that success takes persistence and that rejection is part of the process.
  • Is competitive and goal-oriented. You're motivated by results and take pride in reaching your goals.
  • Is dependable and accountable. You follow through on commitments and take ownership of your performance.
  • Wants to grow. You're looking for more than a paycheck and are excited about building a long-term career.

Previous experience in recruiting, sales, hospitality, customer service, or other people-facing roles can be helpful, but is not required.

What Success Looks Like

Recruiting is a rewarding career, but it requires consistent effort, organization, and persistence.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear expectations to help you succeed. Our recruiters work toward building a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals, with performance expectations of 12 healthcare professionals on assignment within their first year and 20 within their second year.

Our Culture

Our team is guided by four core values:

  • All-In: We show up, put in the effort, and take pride in our work.
  • Comfortable Being Uncomfortable: We embrace challenges and recognize that growth happens outside our comfort zones.
  • Intentionally Urgent: We act with purpose, stay proactive, and understand that follow-through matters.
  • Unoffendable: We welcome feedback, remain professional, and focus on continuous improvement.

If you're willing to learn, put in the work, and challenge yourself, we want to hear from you.

Apply today and take the first step toward building your career with TRS Healthcare.

This is a fully remote position requiring a reliable internet connection, and a professional workspace. Equipment is provided upon hiring.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
