About SDM

Signal Daddy Media (SDM) is a veteran-founded engagement platform built around intent and behavior-based outreach. Instead of relying on outdated volume-based prospecting, the SDM Engagement Engine™ helps organizations create warmer conversations through engagement, visibility, and relationship-driven positioning.

We work with nonprofits, schools, real estate professionals, churches, and SMBs to help improve outreach performance through measurable engagement and community-focused initiatives.

SDM was built for professionals who understand that the future of business development is no longer just about sending more messages — it’s about creating stronger connections and better timing.

Watch the SDM Platform Overview:

About the Role

We are looking for disciplined, sales-minded self-starters who want autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.

This is a 100% remote business development opportunity where you’ll build pipeline, create conversations, and help organizations leverage SDM’s engagement-driven GTM model.

The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, managing relationships, and operating independently without micromanagement. If you are entrepreneurial, performance-driven, and motivated by building long-term recurring income, this role was designed for you.

Who This Role Is Built For

This is not a traditional “clock in, clock out” sales job.

This role is built for disciplined, entrepreneurial business development professionals who want autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.

The strongest candidates tend to be:
• Self-starters who don’t require micromanagement
• Professionals comfortable building pipeline consistently
• Sales-minded relationship builders
• Individuals who operate with urgency and ownership
• People who understand that momentum creates income

If you are primarily seeking guaranteed salary upfront with minimal outbound effort, this likely will not be the right fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and building relationships with organizations throughout the U.S.
• Generating and managing your own pipeline
• Using SDM’s engagement-driven GTM model to move prospects from cold → warm → close
• Leveraging social visibility, outreach, and relationship-based positioning
• Working directly with leadership during onboarding and ramp-up

Primary markets include:
• Nonprofits & 501(c)(3)s
• Schools & education organizations
• Real estate professionals & brokerages
• Churches & community organizations
• SMBs

Compensation Structure

This is a cumulative revenue model designed around long-term commission growth rather than constantly restarting at zero every month.

  • 100% uncapped commission during the proving phase
  • Future salary + commission opportunities based on production, performance, and leadership growth
  • 4–6 month trailing commissions on activated accounts
  • Engagement reviews tied to production milestones and overall business development activity
  • No clawbacks
  • No MLM structure

This opportunity is designed for self-starters who understand that early-stage startup environments require consistency, initiative, and long-term relationship building.

Estimated Earnings:
• Part-Time: $500 – $2,500+ monthly
• Full-Time: $5,000 – $8,500+ monthly

Top performers typically approach this role like building a long-term book of business rather than chasing one-time transactions.

Training & Ramp Process

• Live training every Tuesday and Thursday
• Weekly marketing and strategy collaboration
• Hands-on onboarding and OJT support
• Real-world ramp process focused on execution, not theory

Leadership actively supports onboarding, but this is ultimately a self-driven environment where activity and consistency matter.

Why People Join SDM

• 100% remote flexibility
• Work-from-anywhere structure
• Uncapped earning potential + Salary

  • We promote leadership from the inside • Performance-based growth opportunities • Entrepreneurial environment with autonomy • Mission-driven positioning tied to community literacy and engagement

As part of SDM’s broader mission, we also support a national children’s literacy initiative encouraging parents to read with their children daily.

Apply today if you’re looking for a remote opportunity where your effort, consistency, and ability to create momentum directly impact your growth and income.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
