Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

LOB Job Description:

​Responsible for application support as it relates to incoming Projects, Technology supported/BAU changes, service requests for IDS platform and/or other Treasury Liquidity product applications. Key contact for Lines of Business, Treasury Product, Technology & Operations partners pertaining to supported applications and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects

LOB Responsibilities:

  • Reviews all project, Service request and/or Technology supported BAU assignments.
  • Completes all required supporting documentation and represents application as SME for assigned projects.
  • End-2-End Process knowledge as it pertains to the platform & applications suported.
  • Works closely with Product, Operations & Technology partners to ensure issue free implementation. (Technology release process)

LOB Required Qualifications:

  • ​Current/previous Bank application and/or application support experience.
  • Experience with IDS and/or IMPACs mainframe platforms.
  • Experience with Agile / JIRA processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to an audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
  • Lead projects and/or key participant with strong understanding of requirements, documentation & timelines.
