A day in the life. As our Client Support Associate on the Employee Health & Benefits team, your role involves coordinating information for client service requests and providing it to the client team for a prompt response. You prioritize gaining a thorough understanding of the different roles within our agency and within the specific line of business in which we operate. In your position, you work under the guidance of the Client Manager, Strategic, and/or Consultant. You engage in communication with individuals both inside and outside the organization, always maintaining a customer service-oriented approach. Your role involves problem-solving, consultation, and providing advice and interpretation of policies and regulations. While you collaborate with outside vendors, you do not have the authority to make commitments on behalf of the organization. You handle confidential information and ensure its protection in all aspects of your job. To excel in your role, you must demonstrate strong analytical skills, possess basic math knowledge, and have familiarity with accounting principles and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. You work in a clean office environment, primarily during regular day hours. However, you are flexible and may need to work extended hours to meet the needs of our users and customers. Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a key aspect of your job. You have your own transportation and can attend both in-house and external meetings/events as required.
