With a commitment to offer modern classic style for every body type, through a full range of sizes, inclusive to every woman in your life.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p></p><p>As a Marketing Analytics Developer at Talbots, you’ll have the opportunity to be a key partner cross functionally with several teams, working on a variety of business-critical projects and initiatives.</p><p></p><p><b>The impact you can have </b></p><ul><li><p>Own, manage, and optimize the analytics architecture between Tealium tag manager, the data layer, and Adobe target.</p></li><li><p>Lead the end-to-end integration support between Adobe Analytics and 3rd party vendors, including gathering requirements, solutioning, code development, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Recommend upgrades, test and manage Adobe Extensions.</p></li><li><p>Implement, update, and maintain 3rd party pixels such as Google, Facebook, Meta, etc.</p></li><li><p>Manage and optimize the tagging architecture for real-time analytics tool, Quantum Metrics.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross department stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement code to support key business needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to interpret data and identify areas for optimization to capture relevant customer engagements and activities.</p></li><li><p>Provide QA support to IT and Analytics teams to ensure 3rd part tag stability after releases.</p></li><li><p>Lead the communication and solutioning efforts between IT and Analytics/Business teams.</p></li><li><p>Support cross department analytics projects including data feeds, 3rd party analytics integrations, new pixel installs, analytics tags, and ad hoc troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Support ad hoc initiatives including DNS and SSL certificates, QR codes, CCPA, etc.</p></li><li><p>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ad hoc issues related to tracking and reporting.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You’ll bring to the role </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree preferred</p></li><li><p>7+ years’ experience working in an enterprise environment on analytics development</p></li><li><p>A versatile generalist who enjoys digging in and solving technical problems</p></li><li><p>A self-starter who is comfortable working with autonomy and collaborating with a team</p></li><li><p>A strong communication and solution-driven mindset</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Browser Dev Tools, Browser Extensions, JAVA, and web best practices</p></li><li><p>Basic Knowledge of XML, JSON, AJAX, CSV feeds, DNS, and SSL Certificates</p></li><li><p>Experience with web monitoring tools</p></li><li><p>Salesforce and Tealium experience is a plus but not required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits</b></p><ul><li><p>You will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand’s discount policies.</p></li><li><p>Support for your individual development plus opportunities for career mobility within our family of brands.  </p></li><li><p>A culture of giving back – local volunteer opportunities, annual donation and volunteer match to eligible nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic activities to support our <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">communities.*  </span></p></li><li><p>Medical, dental, vision insurance & 401(K).* </p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program (EAP).</p></li><li><p>Time off – paid time off & holidays.*</p></li><li><p>The target salary range for this role is: $100,000 - $130,000</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
