Your future begins here!</p><p></p><p><b>Duties & Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise risk dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide clear, actionable insights into key risk exposures and emerging trends.</li><li>Establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks to support risk committee reporting and specialties underneath (Operational Risk, Control Testing, etc.). </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with data owners, technology teams, and risk stakeholders to source, validate, and integrate data for reporting and analytics.</li><li>Oversee data quality by confirming integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all enterprise risk management reporting outputs, including the implementation of appropriate governance and controls.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities to improve usability in  alignment with evolving business and risk management needs.</li><li>Lead the development of automated and scalable reporting solutions, reducing reliance on manual processes and improving efficiency.</li><li>It is the responsibility of this role to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li></ul><br><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><br><p><u>Education Requirements</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field</li></ul><br><p><u>Minimum Experience</u></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in risk management, data analytics, reporting or a related discipline</li><li>Strong experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise risk management concepts</li><li>Prior management and/or supervisory experience</li><li>Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred</li><li>Familiarity with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer or similar tools)</li></ul><br><p><b>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights</li><li>Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Management</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><br><p><b>Physical Demands and Work Environment </b></p><br><p><u>Physical Demands</u></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels</li><li>Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor</li><li>Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to bend and reach</li></ul><br><p><u>Work Environment</u></p><ul><li>Office: If the position reports to a physical Company location, the setting will be a typical office environment.</li><li>Remote or hybrid: For remote or hybrid positions, a secure and distraction-free setting is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable).  Hybrid positions will report to a physical Company location, as directed by the manager, and that setting will be a typical office environment.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled/veterans.</p>
