You must understand opening and closing loops, delaying payoff, and stakes.ResponsibilitiesLong-Form EditingWriting an outline of how each video will be structured.Edit the video to match the outline with good pacing, music, and VFX.Implementing revisions from reputed company.Turn multiple takes into one cohesive and retentive video.Constantly learning more about Youtube retention.Requirements3–5+ years of youtube retention editing experience.Strong proficiency in reputed company Premiere Pro; familiar with After Effects.Basic motion graphics skillsStrong understanding of audio mixingA portfolio showcasing your strongest Youtube retention editing work.
