🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

  • Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly in our CRM system

  • Meet daily performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection

  • Professional attitude and appearance, even in a virtual setting

  • Ability to follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a natural conversation

📚 Experience

  • No prior call center experience required—training will be provided

  • Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus

  • Experience working remotely or independently is beneficial

🕒 Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend options

  • Full-time: 35–40 hours per week | Part-time: 15–25 hours per week

  • Paid training provided before start date
