You ensure that each implementation strikes the right balance between our design vision and the member’s own design system, resulting in experiences that are consistent, intuitive, and compliant. Through clear guidance, best practices, and ongoing collaboration, you enable members to deliver seamless integrations so that every user of Wero enjoys the same high-quality experience, regardless of the app, bank, or country they’re in.<br><br><strong>🐝 About the team</strong></p><p><span>You’ll join the </span><strong>Wero UX & Product team</strong><span>, at the crossroads of </span><strong>UX design, program follow‑up and stakeholder management</strong><span>.</span><br><br>You will work closely with:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Member banks’ UX and Product teams</strong> – your main partners to implement and refine the wero experience in their mobile banking apps.</p></li><li><p><strong>EPI Product & Design teams</strong> – to align on UX standards, bring back insights from implementations, and improve our guidelines and pattern library.</p></li><li><p><strong>Programme / Delivery teams</strong> – to track progress, manage dependencies and escalate risks when needed.</p></li></ul><p>The team’s mission is to ensure that every bank’s implementation of wero is <strong>coherent, user‑friendly and aligned with our central UX standards</strong>, while keeping a constructive and pragmatic relationship with each member.<br><br><strong><em>💥 </em>Your impact</strong></p><p>As a UX Design Advisor, you will:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Coordinate UX certification for member banks: </strong>Maintain an up‑to‑date view of each bank’s UX status across features and countries, from first proposals to certified experiences, and keep stakeholders aligned.</p></li><li><p><strong>Review and challenge member designs against Wero standards: </strong>Compare member flows and UI with our central UX guidelines and pattern library, identify gaps and risks, and document clear, actionable feedback.</p></li><li><p><strong>Drive follow‑up and resolution of UX gaps: </strong>Coordinate feedback loops, clarifications and iterations with member banks, ensuring agreed improvements are implemented and re‑assessed until ready for certification.</p></li><li><p><strong>Enable banks with clear, practical materials: </strong>Contribute to guidelines, best‑practice examples, checklists, walkthrough videos and member‑facing decks that make our standards easy to understand and apply.</p></li><li><p><strong>Feed real‑world insights back into the product: </strong>Bring recurring issues, learnings and user feedback back to EPI product and design teams, and propose improvements to documentation, patterns and standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Turn complex topics into simple messages: </strong>Translate UX and technical constraints into structured, accessible communication for non‑design stakeholders, and escalate blocking points in a timely, constructive way.</p></li><li><p><strong>Leverage user research and data: </strong>Organise or relay user research (e.g. usability tests, post‑launch feedback) and convert insights into concrete recommendations for member UX improvements.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>💻</strong> <strong>Technology stack</strong></p><p><span><strong>Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Slack</strong>.</span><br><br><strong>🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements</strong></p><div><div><div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>‎<strong>Strong communication skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Excellent written and spoken English;
