Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Transportation Administrative Assistant to support our transportation team. As a Transportation Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all orders are loaded, tracked, and documented accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, drivers, and the transportation team
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

No formal education is required, but candidates must have administrative experience and basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company applications such as Excel and Outlook.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a part-time employee, you can expect to work 20-25 hours per week, with a schedule that includes:

  • 4-hour evening shift, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability as needed
