Position Summary: Technical Consultant I

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team in the remote role of Technical Consultant I. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. This role supports the implementation of HCM Unlocked clients onto their HRIS system under the direction of senior team members. Comprehensive HRIS training will be provided. All work is project based and Consultants are responsible to ensure implementation completion based on the defined timeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support the configuration of cloud-based business applications.
  • Participate in software implementation projects from kickoff through go live.
  • Supports all aspects of the HRIS implementation project(s) as an implementation specialist, following established processes and under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Perform system setup, data validation, and testing activities by following the steps required and working with the client and their employee data.
  • Maintains a consultative approach with clients and team members to not only ensure the implementation is completed on time and accurately, but you seek out solutions for clients based on their needs and requirements.
  • Responsible to learn and understand HRIS capabilities and functions and apply client data within the systems.
  • Responsible for supporting not only the technical aspects of the implementation, but also the client and vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to document processes, requirements, and project activities accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to participate in vendor-provided training and certification programs

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly range for this position is $26.44 - $29.81. This range is based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market data, and represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life), voluntary benefits, pet insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.
