Pay: $17-$19 per hour plus uncapped commission

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts enhanced by infrared sauna technology. We are opening our Fort Washington location and are looking for a driven Studio Manager to lead sales efforts, grow membership, and manage day-to-day studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop TSAs to build a high-performing team
  • Drive membership sales, revenue growth, and achievement of studio targets
  • Oversee lead management, CRM accuracy, and follow-up execution
  • Manage daily studio operations, scheduling, and overall staff accountability
  • Execute and monitor local marketing, promotions, and community outreach
  • Ensure exceptional member experience and resolve escalated issues promptly
  • Maintain operational standards including cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance
  • Track performance metrics, manage collections, and report results to ownership
Compensation and Earning Potential
  • $17-$19 per hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission on membership sales
  • Commission on overall studio performance
  • Additional retail commission
  • Paid training and HOTWORX Certification provided
This role offers strong earning potential for driven leaders who are comfortable leading sales efforts, managing performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Schedule

Work schedules are flexible based on business needs and may include evenings and weekends. The Studio Manager is expected to work up to 40 hours per week in the studio, as needed to support operations, drive sales, and ensure overall performance. Specific scheduling expectations and availability will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to lead by example
  • Proven ability to take ownership, stay organized, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Professional, reliable, and highly accountable with a results-driven mindset
  • Coachable with the ability to both receive feedback and effectively develop others
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
