<h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p>This job function supports the Field Action activities across all businesses within Global Quality</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support field action activities from planning through execution, including preparing distribution lists, drafting and issuing customer notifications, tracking responses, and maintaining customer tracking tools (e.g., Excel).</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.</p></li><li><p>Assist with case management activities, including submission, documentation, archiving, trending, metrics tracking, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Register and maintain field action cases and associated documentation within SharePoint and Agile systems.</p></li><li><p>Manage and monitor the shared mailbox, including tracking, prioritizing, and responding to incoming inquiries.</p></li><li><p>Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed.</p></li><li><p>Document meeting minutes and track follow-up actions to ensure completion.</p></li><li><p>Perform a range of ad hoc administrative tasks in support of team objectives.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all activities and interactions adhere to Agilent Technologies’ Standards of Business Conduct.</p></li></ul><div><p></p><p><b>Additional Information:</b></p><ul><li><p>The assignment duration is a maximum of 12 months; no academic credit will be provided.</p></li><li><p><b>The position requires a commitment of up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST).</b></p></li><li><p>May return to Agilent for a subsequent assignment</p></li></ul></div><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a scientific or related discipline.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SharePoint.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Highly detail-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.</p><p></p></li></ul><p>The intern pay rate for this position is $17.06 - $19.08/hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">medical benefits.</span> Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
