Job Description: Behind every successful upskilling program is someone making the complex look effortless; that's this role. As Project Manager, you'll be the orchestrator turning statements of work into real, high-impact learning experiences: from a single instructor-led class to year-long, multi-technology academies that transform how entire organizations build skills. You'll own delivery end-to-end (discovery through post-training evaluation) partnering closely with Account Executives, instructors, and clients to make sure every program lands on time, on budget, and above expectations. It's part project management, part relationship-building, part technical fluency, with real accountability for quality, satisfaction, and profitability. If you thrive on juggling multiple moving pieces, love bringing structure to ambiguity, and get energy from watching a well-run program change how people work — this is where that instinct pays off. Who you're committed to being: - You enjoy learning and are open to new ways of doing things. - You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns. - When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive. - You are a team member first and individual contributor second. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link. - You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others. What you'll do: - Accountable for the successful delivery of any project or program, measured by quality and satisfaction scores - Oversee the entire delivery process, from the execution of the SOW through communication of evaluation scores to the client organization - Participate in pre-sale discovery calls with sales, clients, instructors, as needed - Drive the continuous improvement of the delivery process to help build scalable processes and infrastructure - Act as an expert in technical training delivery for the client and sales teams - Continually meet deadlines for all tasks associated with assigned projects and clients - Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure projects and programs are scoped accurately and the required resources are available and prepared for delivery - Partner with internal teams to communicate upcoming technology and resource needs to support adequate staffing - Work with the client and instructor to determine tech set up requirements and organize cloud-based solutions - Actively manage ongoing client projects and programs with weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and technical training plans and schedules spanning from weeks to a full year - Project budgetary and profitability responsibility - Build relationships with clients in order to inspire confidence in ability to execute high-quality programs Experience you'll bring: - Experience in project/program management - Ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time - Experience with facilitation and conflict resolution - Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: - PMP certification is not required, but preferred - AI Literacy is not required, but preferred - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years professional experience in project/program management - 4+ years customer engagement or customer success experience - Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility. Why you'll love working here: - We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams. - We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters. - We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive. - We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose. - Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
