<h3><strong>Position Overview:</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p><span data-teams="true">The Senior Product Manager owns the full strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Colibri’s Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development product lines. Operating as a mature individual contributor, this role translates senior-level direction into execution while driving measurable customer and financial outcomes across the entire product lifecycle — from content ideation and production through delivery, learner impact, and long-term value. You will combine deep customer insight, instructional design expertise, and AI-native thinking to build high-impact, scalable learning experiences that advance real estate professionals’ careers in an AI-driven market.</span> </p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do:</b><ul> <li>Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings, with clear accountability for business results (enrollment, revenue, margin, retention, and learner value).</li> <li>Lead AI-driven product innovation: translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences that are not just conceptual but tool-driven and learner-trusted.</li> <li>Define and iterate on customer problems, navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to the problem space, and make confident product decisions that deliver meaningful business impact.</li> <li>Push value across the full product lifecycle — content ideation, production, delivery, and continuous improvement — while elevating instructional design and learner experience.</li> <li>Own P&L outcomes for the portfolio, including revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin performance, and key metrics such as enrollment, completion, NPS, repeat purchase, and long-term retention.</li> <li>Master customer signals: build continuous feedback loops, analyze behavioral data and learner insights, and use them to refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.</li> <li>Co-own go-to-market success with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams — shaping positioning, packaging, and launch readiness.</li> <li>Influence without authority across Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Delivery functions to align on priorities and deliver scalable results.</li> <li>Evaluate AI education services for potential acquisition or build (buy-versus-build decisions) and integrate advanced AI tools (including Claude with Model Context Protocol) into workflows.</li> <li>Ensure responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI in education products, with strong emphasis on quality, reliability, scalability, and learner trust.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>What You'll Need to Succeed:</b><ul> <li>5–7+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes (highest priority).</li> <li>Demonstrated success launching and scaling education, EdTech, or curriculum-based products.</li> <li>Must-have instructional design experience and deep understanding of learning theory, interactive course elements, and the full course lifecycle from ideation to production.</li> <li>Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence product, content, marketing, and technology teams without direct authority.</li> <li>Experience owning or materially influencing P&L, pricing, financial forecasting, and business-focused product decisions (growth/business PM orientation, not purely technical).</li> <li>Proven ability to explore ambiguous problem spaces, read and act on customer signals, and keep the customer at the center of every decision.</li> <li>Daily applied experience with AI tools in product workflows (especially Claude with integrated data sources and Model Context Protocol / MCP).</li> <li>Self-motivated ownership mentality; comfortable navigating uncertainty, synthesizing market/performance/customer data, and making high-judgment calls independently.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or ongoing learning in product management, AI, or professional education preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development models is a plus.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>
