Primary purpose of the position: The Senior Functional Business Analyst – SAP FI/CO will serve as a key link between Global IT and the Business, driving the identification, design, and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. This role supports strategic projects, AMS activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and global template governance. The analyst will be responsible for SAP configuration, financial process design, functional specifications, and cross-team collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle. Essential Responsible Areas: Act as the functional lead for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling), ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS. Support end-to-end Account-to-Report (A2R) processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Projects, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA). <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial and controlling requirements into optimized SAP solutions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform SAP system configuration, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepare key documentation including functional specifications, solution proposals, test scripts, training materials, and process documentation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support all phases of projects—from requirements gathering through go-live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer to end users.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with global design principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and change management processes.</li> </ul> AMS & Continuous Improvement <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide day-to-day support for AMS activities, enhancements, and continuous improvements in Finance and Controlling processes.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoot process and system issues, including financial postings, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support integration initiatives, including banking interfaces, tax solutions, and external reporting systems.</li> </ul> Professional & Education Qualifications: Mandatory <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s degree </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and SAP CO, including cross-module integrations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Deep understanding of Account-to-Report process flows across Controlling.
