Job Title: Slack User/ Specialist

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and configure Slack workspaces at a user level, ensuring efficient collaboration and information flow.
  2. Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
  3. Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase engagement.
  4. Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are comfortable and proficient with Slack tools and best practices.
  5. Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced team usage.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and implement effective Slack solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot user-level Slack issues and provide timely, clear support and guidance to resolve problems efficiently.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Slack user, with proven expertise in day-to-day platform usage.
  2. Strong proficiency with Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
  3. Experience setting up workflow automations within Slack to support team needs.
  4. Expertise integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
  5. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
  6. Comfort analyzing Slack usage metrics and preparing actionable insights.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
