The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Shopify E-commerce Analytics Reviewer to provide subject-matter expertise for AI training work focused on e-commerce workflows and analytics. You will assess whether analytical scenarios, task structures, terminology, metrics, and deliverables reflect how Shopify is used in real-world store operations and analysis.

The role is worldwide, conducted in English, and structured as part-time contract work requiring less than 20 hours per week. Compensation is $60-$100 per hour.

You will provide clear, actionable feedback in written and verbal formats, identifying gaps and edge cases and recommending improvements based on Shopify and e-commerce best practices.

  • Evaluate analytical scenarios and deliverables for realism and completeness
  • Check terminology, metrics, and task structures for consistency and accuracy
  • Review Shopify data objects including orders, products, customers, and reporting

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
