The Role at a Glance
Engagement: Part-time, project-based, and fully remote.

Focus: Implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

What You Will Do
Technical Execution: Lead or assist in the configuration, development, and customization of ServiceNow instances based on client requirements.

Solution Design: Provide architectural guidance and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Integration & Development: Utilize JavaScript, GlideStack, and ServiceNow APIs to integrate the platform with third-party applications.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure deliverables meet high standards before client hand-off.

What We Are Looking For
Proven Expertise: Significant "hands-on" experience with the ServiceNow platform (Rome, San Diego, Tokyo, or Utah releases preferred).

Certifications: Active Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Cerified Application Developer (CAD) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules is also required

Adaptability: The ability to ramp up quickly on new client instances and understand unique business processes.

Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
