This is your opportunity to lead impactful work, develop new business, and mentor future project leaders.</p> <h2>What You'll Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee the full lifecycle of gas engineering projects—from scoping and proposal development to scheduling, budgeting, and quality management</li> <li>Prepare proposals, project plans, project schedules, extra work authorizations, submittals, and project closeout documents to ensure on-time, compliant project delivery</li> <li>Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management by serving as the primary client contact, resolving issues, anticipating needs, and ensuring alignment across all project phases </li> <li>Manage project financials, including forecasting, cash flow, resource allocation, and subcontractor payments</li> <li>Act as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas</li> <li>Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team</li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related field is required</li> <li>Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and interpreting client contract requirements</li> <li>Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents required</li> <li>Proven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, cash management)</li> <li>Ability to solve problems with urgency and independently drive initiatives from concept to completion while overseeing multiple projects</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferred</li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiences and work in a collaborative environment</li> <li>Experience utilizing problem-solving skills, exercising discretion, and making independent judgments required</li> <li>Consulting industry experience and/or experience managing client relationships with investor-owned utilities highly preferred</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed required</li> <li>PMP certification, PE or equivalent professional license preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2> <ul> <li>Lead high-impact gas projects that support energy reliability and the transition to cleaner, modernized systems</li> <li>Mentor and inspire the next generation of gas engineering and project management talent</li> <li>Join a growth-oriented, mission-driven team committed to technical excellence and client success</li> </ul> <p>Curious about the impactful work our Gas Team is doing?
