This role is critical to accelerating sales cycles, reducing deployment risk, and driving long-term customer success.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales engagements and post sales/deployment architecture. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Validate network readiness and design scalable, secure deployment architectures across distributed sites.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Sales to remove technical blockers and increase deal confidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own technical implementation strategy post-signature, ensuring smooth rollout across multi-site environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges during deployment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate complex technical requirements into clear, executive-ready summaries and action plans.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop standardized implementation playbooks and best practices to scale enterprise deployments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency and integration flexibility.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">8–12 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Significant experience working directly with enterprise IT and security stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep expertise in networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, SD-WAN).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to own complex technical workstreams from discovery through go-live.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong executive communication skills and comfort influencing Director/VP-level stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated success operating independently in high-growth or ambiguous environments.<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience supporting AI-driven deployments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Join a visionary team revolutionizing safety and operations, directly impacting the well-being of millions of essential workers.
