the OI Delivery PMO Office team that manages a large volume of simultaneous implementations Rev cycle products and Clinical Decision Support.This OI Delivery organization is tasked with deploying these technologies quickly, efficiently, at a high level of quality, and to the delight of our customers.The Senior Implementation manager plays a critical role, both internally and externally, in support of these goals.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.as you take on some tough challenges.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead implementations as the client-facing project manager for complex, single and or multi-program implementations.This includes the creation, management, and oversight of project plans to achieve high quality, on-time implementations that result in a satisfied, referenceable client as well as meet established KPI MetricsProvide expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation and other areas based on established project management techniquesDevelop project artifacts, following documented business processes.These will be developed in partnership with project leadership and stakeholdersManage project schedules and work with team to identify and achieve delivery dates, including developing detailed project plans, dependencies, predecessors, and milestonesProactively identify risks and issues using metrics and stakeholder feedback to avoid urgent escalationsAssign individual responsibilities within the project team and track delivery against assigned tasksDrive delivery process to ensure various methodologies come together and team meets agreed-upon scope within committed timeframesPreparing detailed and accurate status reports on a weekly basis, mitigating delays to the implementation, and escalating issues to the leadership team when appropriateProvide accurate and timely project reporting to both internal teams and external client stakeholdersTracking milestones/deliverables and reinforcing the scope of work outlined in the contractRelentlessly collaborating across, and communicating with, a myriad of external and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical/operational resourcesCommunicate regularly and effectively with engagement leadership to provide understanding of project parameters and issuesLooking for ways to experienceExperience with front-end revenue cycle operations (patient access, registration, eligibility, scheduling)Experience working with healthcare data (claims, billing, clinical)Experience with Smartsheet or MS ProjectSolid client relationship and stakeholder management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsProven solid communication, risk management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationSalesforce experienceExperience with large datasets and data analysisEnterprise healthcare systems experienceSmartsheet proficiencyProven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.We comply with
