In this role, you won't just be executing tasks; you will be the main person driving this area forward—responsible for both <strong>defining the strategic roadmap and executing the code</strong> that brings it to life.</p><p>This role touches the absolute core of our marketplace experience. You will take charge of how millions of users navigate our platforms, directly optimizing <strong>search relevance, ranking algorithms, filtering, and auto-complete</strong>, while laying the groundwork for the future of AI-driven semantic search.</p><p>We're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow: whether that's using LLMs to accelerate development, exploring AI-powered tooling for testing, or staying genuinely curious about how AI can revolutionize user discovery.</p><p>We expect roughly 6 years of engineering experience, a background that balances technical execution with product ownership, and a mindset that sees AI as a multiplier, not a buzzword.</p><h2>Requirements</h2><p>We're a fast-growing scale-up. We want engineers who build fast, fail fast, and learn fast.
