This role is primarily focused on hands-on technical delivery, working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and other developers to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.</p><p>A Technical Consultant contributes across the delivery lifecycle, including technical design, build, testing, deployment support, and defect resolution. They are expected to apply sound development practices, collaborate effectively with project teams, and contribute to successful delivery outcomes while continuing to grow their technical consulting capability.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Technical Solution Delivery</b></p><ul><li>Build Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative and programmatic capabilities</li><li>Translate functional requirements and solution designs into technical components and build tasks</li><li>Develop solutions across areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, integrations, and security controls</li><li>Support the implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to project requirements and architectural direction</li><li>Contribute to technical design discussions and raise implementation considerations, risks, and constraints</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Hands-On Development</b></p><ul><li>Develop custom Salesforce functionality using platform tools and coding frameworks</li><li>Configure standard platform features where appropriate to support business requirements</li><li>Support integration development and external system interactions under the guidance of architects or senior technical team members</li><li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned to agreed standards</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution during build and test phases</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Quality and Testing</b></p><ul><li>Perform unit testing and support
