Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) specialist to take full ownership of our marketing automation setup. We're kicking off an account-based marketing (ABM) demand generation campaign, and our primary goal is to generate high-quality leads from it. We also run webinars and attend industry events regularly. We need someone who can make sure every lead that comes through these channels is captured correctly, nurtured appropriately, and handed off to our sales team at the right time. This is not a one-off configuration project. We need a partner who can set up the system, optimize it over time, and be our go-to person for anything Account Engagement.

What You'll Do

Setup & Configuration

Audit our current Account Engagement instance and clean up any existing lead/prospect data, duplicate records, and broken automations.

Configure the Account Engagement–Salesforce CRM connector so that lead and prospect data syncs accurately and reliably.

Set up prospect fields, custom redirects, tracking, and folders to keep the account organized and scalable.

Lead Scoring, Grading & Qualification

Build a lead scoring model based on engagement signals (email opens, page visits, content downloads, webinar attendance, etc.).

Build a lead grading model based on fit criteria (company size, role, industry, etc.) aligned with our ideal customer profile.

Define clear Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) thresholds that trigger handoff to sales.

Lead-to-Sales Handoff

Design and implement the process for transitioning qualified leads to the sales team—including assignment rules, Salesforce task creation, and email/Slack notifications.

Work with our sales team to align on definitions, timing, and SLAs so nothing falls through the cracks.

Document the entire handoff workflow so the team can reference it going forward.

Webinar & Event Campaign Management

Build reusable campaign templates for our two main lead sources: webinars we host and events/conferences we attend.

Create registration forms, landing pages, and confirmation/reminder email sequences for webinars.

Handle post-event lead imports, tag and segment attendees by engagement level, and trigger follow-up nurture sequences automatically.

Set up completion actions and automation rules so leads move through the funnel without manual intervention.

ABM Demand Generation Campaign

Help us launch and operationalize our ABM demand gen campaign within Account Engagement—including target account lists, account-level scoring, and personalized nurture tracks for high-value accounts.

Build segmentation and dynamic content strategies that deliver tailored messaging to target accounts based on industry, persona, and engagement stage.

Set up campaign attribution and reporting so we can measure which ABM tactics are generating the highest-quality leads and pipeline.

Coordinate ABM efforts with our webinar and event campaigns so that target accounts receive a cohesive, multi-touch experience across channels.

Reporting & Optimization

Build dashboards and reports that show us lead volume by source, scoring model performance, MQL conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Run regular audits on automation rules, email deliverability, and data quality.

Recommend and implement improvements over time as we learn what's working.
