<strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong>dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative based remotely in the greater Ontario, California area for our Access Automation Solutions (AAS) business. dormakaba offers many automatic door systems including automatic swing doors, sliding doors, and revolving door systems to end users such as hospitals, hotels, airports, and property management firms. This individual is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of AAS products in their assigned territory.<br><br>HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $80,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop a plan for managing the assigned territory and accounts and meet sales targets through effective execution of the plan</li><li>Grow the number of planned maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and end user specifications for the territory</li><li>Maintain current technical product-related knowledge and stay abreast of industry/territory knowledge and trends. </li><li>Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings - on site and virtually. </li><li>Build relationships with customers and collaborate with the sales team to improve customer support and meet sales goals<br><br></li></ul><strong>What we require<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school or equivalent</li><li>2+ years sales experience</li><li>50% travel within the territory<br><br></li></ul><strong>What we prefer<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years of industry experience</li><li>Prior end user sales experience</li><li>Automatic door knowledge</li><li>Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (Salesforce)<br><br></li></ul><strong>What we offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance coverage options.
