As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment and play a key role in driving business success. Responsibilities • Research and target potential customers, generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.). • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess their fit, and schedule qualified sales meetings. • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track interactions, and leverage tools to optimise outreach efforts. • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve your approach. • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads. • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B SaaS sales (preferred). • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly. • A highly self-motivated and resilient mindset with a passion for sales and business growth. • Excellent time management and organisational skills. • A desire to learn, grow, and advance within the sales field.
