St. Luke's Virtual Hospital exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. The team-based model of care enables patients in our hospitals to have access to specialty resources, when and where they are needed.

What you can expect from this role

Remote Patient Management support is available

Support patients in their homes by virtually monitoring and collaborating in their care

Patients are given iPad and vital sign equipment for either a 31day open heart program or 90 day primary care program

On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work

Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift openings ), 3 x 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays

Certification pay available

Qualifications

Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred

Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in Women's Services highly desired

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
