Position Overview

This position is a fully remote role requiring you to work from your home office. You'll be part of our pharmacy support team, assisting customers with their medication-related inquiries, insurance verification, and technical support. The role requires a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours, providing you with the opportunity to balance work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline of our customer support efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Virtual Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional support to customers over the phone, email, and web. You'll reputed company billing and insurance verification inquiries, answer product and service questions, and ensure reputed company customer receives the assistance they need.
• Call Management: Efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely responses and professional communication at all times.
